Program Implementation Consultant
What's the role?
Program Implementation Consultant will be closely working with Service Consultant team and software support team as well as with all customers in Hungary who purchased software. Main responsibility will be coordination and implementation.

What does the role involve?
Train Software users of the system (web & mobile app)
Support local Customer Service teams in the implementation and communicating all unusual matters
Managing OnSite implementation with clients
Capture and make over all issues to the SW team (back office)
Supervise and cooperate with third parties during field work
Manage the log-in to accounts for users
Ensure quality of “customer care” service onsite (e.g. presenting new functionalities, HW, SW, getting feedbacks, answering questions and solving issues face to face)
Coordinates care activities and together with service consultant and account manager develops customer relationship
Offers additional trainings and other services as part of the care phase, takes proactive measures to support usage of software

What you need is:
Degree in business and/or engineering
Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internal and external
“Can do” attitude
Problem solving skills and creative mind when facing problems with no obvious solution
Comfortable with jobsite conditions
